HackerYou’s website collects non-personally-identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.
Our purpose in collecting this information is to better understand how visitors use our website. From time to time, we may release this information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of our website.
Voluntary Data Collection
Prospective applicants to HackerYou’s various courses and programs are required to submit personally-identifying information as part of their application.
We only collect information that is necessary or appropriate. Visitors can always refuse to supply this information, but it may prevent you from applying to our courses.
All copyrights, patents, designs and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any course materials provided or made available in connection with our courses remain the sole property of HackerYou. No part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without the prior written permission of HackerYou.
Violation of this policy will result in losing access to HackerYou course materials.
